Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Australian Levels Programs

Womens Gymnastics (WG) is the girls competitive program. Gymnasts generally enter the program via the Development Squad and then progress through the levels at either State or National Streams. Entry to the competitive program is via assessment as the training schedule can be quite demanding.

Gymnastics Australia has reviewed the WAG program and released a new framework for athlete development in the sport of women’s gymnastics.

YMCA Geelong WAG Program will be transitioning from our current program to these new levels as of 1st January 2015.
