YMCA provides Yoga classes for all abilities and all ages whether you can touch your toes or you can’t.
YMCA specialises in adapting programs to suit individual needs and provides a qualified instructor to help participants get the best out of their classes. Yoga is beneficial for increased flexibility, increased muscle control, improvement of energy and breathing techniques as well as cardio health.
Our yoga sessions are run in a calm and soothing environment with lots of positive energy.
All sessions will need a minimum of 5 participants before a class will be able to go ahead. Bookings are to be completed by 1:00pm the day of the set class.
Price: $15.00per session or $100.00 for a 10 pass card.
Bookings are essential.
