About the job

The Maintenance Coordinator will be a multi - skilled person, capable of using and maintaining grounds equipment and buildings at YMCA Geelong service sites. The role requires a willingness to do a variety of tasks as requested by the Centre Manager, Co-ordinator in order to assist with the safe operation and upkeep of the YMCA facilities.

The ideal person will be hard working, committed to continuous improvement and genuinely interested in working with people from all walks of life. Customer service, systematic work practices and time management is a large component of this position. You will be a person who enjoys attention to detail and has boundless enthusiasm for working with people. You will demonstrate your commitment to the YMCA and its values.

This position is suited to a skilled worker.
