Come join us in a supportive environment for a fun hour of fitness training.

Restore, improve and increase your energy and fitness levels in our safe and welcoming classes at the Y! All our classes are run by our qualified coach, Anna, who will have you feeling happier, healthier and more connected with every class... and best of all, you don't need to find a babysitter!

All our classes are designed specifically for postpartum bodies to help maintain healthy joint function and improve strength and fitness in a safe, nurturing environment.

Casual sessions - no need to book! Just pay as you go.

*Medical clearance is required prior to first class if initial 6 week medical check has not been completed.
